The risotto, well, I could have taken a bath in it. You could taste the grill on the asparagus, they still had a nice crunch & weren't over done.
Flounder was cooked perfectly served over what I have to call a crab cake & that crab was a very large portion. We both had one of the monthly specials, Crab Stuffed Flounder with grilled asparagus & risotto. Ordered a glass of chard & a draft which she got to us quickly considering they were packed & only a couple of empty tables that I could see. She was sweet as she could be, very bubbly. Were seated as soon as we walked in, in the dining room on the left. Went to CJ's to celebrate the anniversary of moving to Shippensburg.
